SUBSEA PIPELINES

Detail engineering, in-place, routing, stability and installation. Riser design, conceptual studies, dynamic analysis and cost estimation. Analysis of flexilines.

PROCESS

Process Simulation, petrochemical, chemical PFD’s MFD’s equipment and line sizing, efficient/drain/flare disposal systems, mass and heat balance, flow control, depressuring analysis, operating manuals. Multi phase flow, and pipeline sizing.

MECHANICAL

Mechanical equipment design, spec and selection (eg. Cranes, compressors, pumps, air cables, flare tips, mooring machinery). Civil design, fire and safety (API and NFPA checks,) maintenance manuals.

ELECTRICAL & INSTRUMENTATION

Load studies, power design, controls (electronic and pneumatics) single line diagrams, C& E hook-up diagrams. Control panels, wiring diagrams, switch gear, MCC, generator hook up.

Zee has capabilities to undertake offshore/onshore installation/ construction projects as joint ventures with specialist associates contractors. In the same manner, ZEE has resources to provide and install fast track production systems, minimum facilities monopods etc.

ZEE also markets industrial approved Engineering Software suited for the Offshore / Onshore Chemical / Petrochemical Industries. Currently ZEE is software agent for OrcaFlex (Orcina) and Bentley (SACS, MOSES, Autopipe etc)
